Citizens Financial Services is an upstanding resident of the financial community. The holding company for First Citizens National Bank serves north-central Pennsylvania's Tioga, Potter, and Bradford counties and southern New York. Through some 15 branches, the bank offers checking, savings, time, and deposit accounts as well as real estate, commercial, industrial, residential, and consumer loans. Residential mortgage loans account for more than half of the bank's total loan portfolio. The Trust and Investment division offers investment advice and employee benefits coordination, as well as estate and retirement planning services. Insurance is offered through the First Citizen's Insurance Agency subsidiary.
