      People were great within the department.

      Cons

      Able to move up the ladder or improve skills for advancement. Under pay for the amount of work & knowledge. Health insurance is expensive. HR ask for input but there was no change.

      Pros

      The people are great. They really do want to help the customer.

      Cons

      Sometimes people disagree with how to do different things and people clash heads, however I'm unsure if this is a true con since it allows other workers who are less experienced to see multiple sides.
