Mission Inner Circle is dedicated to providing high-quality, child-centered autism services for children and their families by creating a safe, fun, and individualized learning experience.
Description Inner Circle Autism Network was founded with a simple mission: to help children diagnosed with autism achieve their fullest potential through high-quality, compassionate care. Since our start, we have grown to serve families across Arkansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and North Carolina with 14 ABA therapy centers and statewide virtual parent support programs.
We provide center-based ABA therapy for children ages 2–10, focusing on school-readiness, communication, social skills, daily living skills, and behavioral support. For families in rural areas, we also provide virtual caregiver training and support, ensuring access to care no matter where they live.
Our work is graduation focused. Our driving purpose is to help children build the skills they need to transition into school and less restrictive environments. On average, children in our programs graduate within 1.5 years. Since 2024, more than 70 families have celebrated graduation from ABA services into the next chapter of their child’s journey.
We are proud that 96% of families report an improvement in their child’s quality of life through our services. These outcomes are made possible by our dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and support staff who work together with families every step of the way.
At Inner Circle, our people are the heart of our mission. We invest in training, growth opportunities, and supportive teams because when our staff thrive, the children we serve thrive too. We are committed to preparing the next generation of BCBAs and half of our BCBAs have come through our fieldwork program.
