      I loved being with the Kiddos.

      Cons

      Terrible Management & they Micro manage you. Strict PTO policy. You only have 3 strikes and you’re out. Not lenient at all.

      My biggest complaint is advertising full-time positions while only paying "billable hours" but also requiring employees to be available 8-4. That is just absurd. $20 starting pay is actually only about $1500-$1800 monthly.
