    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at Insight (Melbourne) in March 2019.

    Interview

Applied for the position through Linkedin. Received a call from HR in Sydney three days later. The call was just abrupt, requesting bare minimum details, followed by my salary expectations. This call was on a Friday morning

The HR person informed me that she would send me a JD and expected me to respond, if I wanted to move ahead. So I did with in an hour, confirming the time and date for a SKYPE interview for Monday. I neither got a confirmation email nor a SKYPE interview request.

So I called back on Monday morning to confirm if the interview was going ahead at 1 pm as per my email. HR from Sydney confirmed the time after turning down my request to see if they wanted to reschedule. Then I receive an email at 1:05 pm that day stating "I thought that I sent you a request but forgot to press send" ..... and that I reschedule for the same time tomorrow, as she only works on Monday's Tuesday's and Thursday's. As I had previous commitments I had to decline the proposed time. Dint hear anything from HR after that.

How good is your organisation. If your HR is this unorganised, how organised is your sales floor ? Think I dodged a bullet
