Pros

Great leadership, fun environment, fabulous company culture. The travel benefits are great. A company you can be proud to work for. Working from home is wonderful

Cons

Strict schedule but trading is allowed. Pay is a little low. Sometimes you feel like a number

Advice to Management

Listen to the front line when making important decisions that impact the employees. More incentives and higher pay.would go a long way

    Easy Interview
    Application

I applied online. I interviewed at JetBlue (United States) in Aug 2021

    Interview

I found the interview process to be fairly easy considering they ask you questions pertaining to what you will be doing . Basically they ask you about different scenarios about a time you had to deal with a situation what was the outcome and what steps you took towards it.
    Interview

One of the questions were to name a time that you had a situation that you had to diffuse ..what happened , what was the positive outlook , wether it happened to a co worker or a customer
