Description Keystone Dedicated Logistics (KDL) provides freight transportation management services. Working with a network of independent carriers, the company can arrange the transportation of shipments ranging in size from small packages to full truckloads. KDL also provides warehousing and distribution and supply chain management services, along with international air and ocean freight forwarding. Customers have included Calgon Carbon and RHI. KDL -- which does business as KDL Freight Management -- was founded in 1999 as a subsidiary of trucking company Pitt Ohio Express, which is owned by the family of KDL chairman Robert Hammel. Pitt Ohio Express spun off KDL in 2003.
