Klosterman Baking makes some 50 varieties of baked goods -- such as sliced bread, buns, breadsticks, and rolls -- for restaurants and grocery stores. The company has bakeries and distribution centers throughout Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. It also has partnerships with about a dozen foodservice distributors such as SYSCO Corporation and Gordon Food Service. The company is owned and managed by the Klosterman family.
