      Decent pay steady work insurance is affordable

      Cons

      Union job so they think that employees that work hard sould pick up the slack for employees that don't. Everyone is expendable to them. Only good if you carry the workload of others. No overtime anymore makes it not worth the headaches here

      Great place to work. Every place has its ups and downs and once you realize that, you’ll understand this place has its best intentions. People are great and friendly to work with and management is awesome.

      It’s gets really hot in the summer

      Coworkers are pretty darn cool.

      Cons

      Extremely toxic upper management team. Pay is okay, barely livable, not thriving. Benefits are mediocre at best.
