Description Non-Invasive Monitoring Systems (NIMS) believes being rocked in a cradle is good for grown-ups, too. The company has developed a moving bed-style device that is intended to improve circulation and joint mobility, and possibly to relieve minor aches and pains. Originally tagged as AT-101, the device was sold in Japan and the US until the FDA required the company to get regulatory approval for it. NIMS halted sales and marketing efforts on AT-101 and is seeking FDA approval for a similar but less costly device known as the Exer-Rest, intended for home and clinic use.
