Since 1980 pace Realty has exclusively managed existing and newly constructed conventional, senior and affordable housing communities, and has become one of North Texas' largest privately owned third party multifamily fee managers.

The layers of management are thin enough than no matter the position in our company, everyone has a voice and has easy access to upper management. We pride ourselves on employee feedback and buy-in for creating policies and procedures. Our internal Mentor Team includes Managers, Assistant Managers, Leasing Consultants and Service Technicians. Associates receive training in a variety of methods including hands-on at their own properties, individual training with a mentor or trainer, classroom style training, technology training, and access to an online Learning Management System with "gamification" making learning fun.
