Pace Realty took a chance and gave me an opportunity to work for the company. The company made a huge effort in making sure I had all the resources, training, and time management skills to do my job at a high level. Only being here two months, I have been to several trainigs, met with a variety of corporate employees whom have educated me on the different systems we use to manage the different properties, and advised on how to go about presenting myself as a Pacer in this business and the overall company itself. I learned at a high level, and is still learning at a high level, so I am able to do my job at a high level, and that's what Pace has introduced me to. The people I have met during my hiring and training process, as well as my team, have given me insight on how to be successful and tips on how to be most efficient. It's a fast pace business that I really enjoy and the environment that I am in capitalizes on how great this company is.
Cons
It's always busy in the office, but its a good thing to be busy because it benefits our line of work and our property.
