You could say RCN is at home in the big city. We operate cable-based broadband networks serving the Boston, Chicago, and New York City areas, as well as eastern Pennsylvania and Washington, DC. We are a facilities-based competitive carrier with a fiber network that spans more than 10,000 miles. We also have a U.S.-based call center in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania.
