Good people for the most part, willing to help if you connect and work with the right people.
Cons
Top management is terrible. GM is manageing two markets that are not similar in any way, and is trying to apply the same rules and strategy to both locations. DC market is is second fidle to the PA market in mgmts approach and it shows.
