Technology Solutions Company (TSC) hoped to improve its health by focusing on the health care and manufacturing markets. The company's Exogen Solutions subsidiary provides proprietary software and IT services designed to improve the operational efficiency of health care providers and manufacturers. TSC previously offered SAP integration integration services, but the company sold that business in 2008 to focus on its Exogen division. Faced with declining sales and a difficult market environment, Technology Solutions' board approved a plan to liquidate its assets and dissolve the company early in 2009.
