Pros
Co-workers were friendly and from many different places. You read a lot about current medical research. Job of editorial researcher doesn't require much prior knowledge.
Cons
Employees have little to no rights during their probationary period which lasts six months. Incidents of bullying (manager has left but environment that enabled bullying still present). Not disability friendly. No opportunities to grow and learn. Low salary, highly repetitive work
