Little vacation time is offered, only 5 days after your first year, schedule is not flexible. You need to pick your schedule and stick to it. Comp time offered is minimal and doesn't work because it needs to be approved and it's only 1 hour out of 5 hours worked. Raises are often small 3-5% and never yearly. No bonuses. No incentive other than you get to work on good projects and learn. Management micro manages alot and focuses on minor mistakes. Managements (Directors) tend to mistreat employees and assign to much work and tight deadlines. They spend all their time meeting about meetings. They want everyone to follow a set schedule, plus a set number of rules they don't follow themselves.
