Pros
Salary is paid on time, but the salary structure isn’t great — and honestly, it’s not worth the stress or the environment you’ll face.
Cons
The company culture is extremely toxic. Employees are treated with no respect, and the CEO constantly interferes in the development team’s day-to-day work, even micromanaging junior developers despite having team leads and reporting managers. There are development managers in place, but they don’t seem to have any real positional power or authority to manage the CEO or protect their teams. As a result, decision-making is completely centralized, and managers end up being powerless figureheads. The CEO also doesn’t understand that a company needs proper processes and systems to track employee/teams' performance. Instead of using clear KPIs or measurable goals, employees are evaluated based on the CEO’s personal opinions and moods. This creates confusion, bias, and frustration across teams. If you value professionalism, structure, and a healthy work environment, stay far away from this company.
