Poor management, lack of training, terrible communication style (team meetings are non-existent and big announcements are not clearly communicated, but travel through the grapevine). subtle racism is rampant.

Small close knit team. The brands we represent are amazing and because we are a multi line showroom you have the opportunity to experience different brand structures. You aren’t micro managed so you feel you’re in control of your territory. Your coworkers, the managers, the owner is so knowledgeable that your resources are endless. Highly recommended
Cons
Working with a small team for a large and growing company, sometimes you have to take on multiple projects. If you’re not efficient in working in an environment that’s constantly growing this will be challenging for you.
