The founders simply do not understand marketing and how it works. They'll pressure you into working like a donkey which eventually kills your creativity. Each campaign takes 2 months to pull off because you need to satisfy stakeholders from across the company. So sit in 100s of meetings, re-do the same document 100 times with various POVs, and yes do it under a strict timeline. Ofcourse you're the one who's reprimanded if the work goes south. Also other teams face very similar issues. Just that they have stronger leaders who are able to keep the teams together.
