      Pros

      There are people at 11:59 that geniunely care and want to do the right and ethical thing for the customer and the team. WFH flexibility.

      Cons

      If you look at the recent positive 5 star reviews, they were all posted on the same day. While I hope those employees have had a positive experience, I can safely say that I (and many others) have had a very different experience since the new leadership has come in at 11:59. Mass Layoffs, nepotistic hires, lots of expected unpaid overtime with no notice, no raises, inappropriate company culture / constant profanity from leadership, words from leadership of not caring about the client, lack of product understanding.

      Only pro from this job is being able to be remote.

      Don’t waste your time applying or working here. This is by far one of the WORST companies out there that are filled with corruption inside and out. Data Quality department is one of the worst in this sector. Do not waste your time. Management is a joke. Leadership is corrupted to the core. Project manager is a laughing stock, meanwhile she’s busy lying to CDPH. Internal workers make over 80K salary doing the same job as contract workers. Whom are making roughly $15-21/hourly. POC are consistently getting laid off with no notice or explanation. Seems that the only employees getting promoted are white. Do not waste your time working here. They will work you like a dog, fire you without care and can put the fakest smile during meetings.

      Firing people after 2 months at MIDNIGHT via email with no explanation. You all are heartless and soulless. Get your act together. You are messing with ADULTS' lives - people with families and children. You knew what was going to happen, so why not tell us in advance? Think about this happening to you or a loved one. Or maybe not, since you all seem to be sociopathic. Everything has been annoying from the start: ineffective communication, favoritism, pay, and lack of flexibility. If you are reading this and are desperate, PLEASE do not waste your time. Find a company who values you as a part of their team and as an individual.
