Data Quality department is one of the worst in this sector. Do not waste your time. Management is a joke. Leadership is corrupted to the core. Project manager is a laughing stock, meanwhile she’s busy lying to CDPH. Internal workers make over 80K salary doing the same job as contract workers. Whom are making roughly $15-21/hourly. POC are consistently getting laid off with no notice or explanation. Seems that the only employees getting promoted are white. Do not waste your time working here. They will work you like a dog, fire you without care and can put the fakest smile during meetings.
