The TEAM! If you are looking to surround yourself with people who are more intelligent than you are, look no further. Everyone here is not only quick to adapt to their fast-paced work, but they will never refuse to lend a hand where needed. They also share a lot of different perspectives to help you build and hone your knowledge and skills. It’s also incredible how much they leverage automations and AI internally which provides you with more time for creative liberty to manage your portfolio more strategically and efficiently. All the team members (including the CEO) are also zero-ego. They truly advocate for a collaborative environment and don’t believe in titles or hierarchy. It’s great knowing that leadership actually gives a damn about your opinions and feedback as an individual contributor. Benefits + compensation are also a plus!
Cons
This company moves fast and if you can’t keep up you’ll be left drowning. Quintessential startup environment for sure, but in some ways this can also be a “pro”. Forces you to learn and adapt quickly.
