      - Tienes oportunidad de trabajar con marcas internacionales - Puedes tener acceso a grande oportunidades - Se nota que siempre intentan mejorar

      Cons

      - Puede ser internamente desorganizada - El issue más grande es la comunicación interna - Es una empresa que tiene todo el potencial de ser una marca internacional pero siguen tratando a la empresa como nacional - Siempre hay una guerra de poderes en los altos mandos - Tiene un nivel de exigencia demasiado alto (en cuanto horas de trabajo) - No le dan mucha importancia a la salud mental de sus empleados

      It's a profesional challenge to work for a company that has made a name for itself in terms of quality of service and the speed of delivery for 20 years.

      Cons

      Having to move to Guadalajara since 121 is based there. But, so far, it's easy to adapt to the city.
