Where do I begin? First off, any positive review that you see here is pumped in by someone high up in the company to make it look desirable. I can tell by their writing style. Second, if you aren’t in the “inner circle” you will always have your opinions thrown out the window. It’s easy to tell who’s in that circle, trust me. Third, our C-team is clueless. We have several empty former branches that will not be sold because they are awful locations and a corporate office that was way too expensive. Members continuously complain about poor locations and all the CEO cares about is having coffee and muffins with you. Our Facebook reviews are so truthful. People are taking their money to better CUs. Oh, and don’t think you’ll get a Christmas bonus! Those don’t exist anymore. From what I hear they might not even get yearly pay increases anymore either.

121 was a great place to work, but with Bruce Fafard and Paul Blackstone in charge, it is a nightmare. Wages are low, goals can't be made because they are driving off the members, and you come in every day wondering if you will be fired for no reason. Your manager won't stand up for you because then they will get fired too.
