Cons
There are about 10 people w/in this credit union that actually think what’s going on there is good. Everyone else is just there for the paycheck and waiting to be replaced. They’re constantly demoting, making huge changes and tearing down. The C Team seems to think this is actually an organization of size, so they have this big man mentality when really, it’s a small, failing credit union. It’s ridiculous. This is one of the only places you can come in with no experience and then BAM you’re a VP.... but wait, give it 6 months and you’ll be fired for not selling out to Bruce and Paul. HR has no grounds to stand on and will not stick up for employees because their VP is a C Team sell out too. Would not recommend to anyone.
