This was a wonderful place to work. My team leader was great and helpful with tips etc. It was wonderful speaking with customers and learning to build rapport almost immediately on the first call.

Mental wellbeing can take more focus as a whole, which is the same with many companies. Good to know how to manage this yourself because, as with every business, money is priority.
You can make a lot of money from commissions based on your sales.
They have friendly staff and basic amenities.

You feel like crap when you try to sell over the phone some items which are too expensive.
No chance to get promoted unless a manager gets the promotion ( which rarely happens)
