We are sorry to hear about your experience, and thank you for your feedback. Your feedback is not based on facts.
Here are some of the facts:
1. Immediately after hiring on 01 October 2021, you had some personal emergencies and problems and took an extended leave of over 5 weeks.
2. On rejoining, you were provided with a written content strategy and guidelines to follow.
3. You failed to follow these guidelines repeatedly, including plagiarised and poor quality content resulting in significant time commitment in the editorial process.
4. Your remuneration was deposited on time throughout this period.
5. You were provided with several warnings by your line manager and content editor.
6. You were still in your probation period, and we believe the dismissal was in line with your contract.
7. As we follow zero tolerance for plagiarism, your repeated disregard for written guidelines and warnings led to your unfortunate dismissal.
8. HR and your line manager did discuss your dismissal at length with you. If you still have any questions or concerns, please contact us.
We wish you good luck in your future endeavours.
