Pros
CEO (Rajesh Mathrani) is very polite and supportive in terms of guiding and mentoring where required. This aspect has helped me to a very extent to learn new skills and enhance my existing ones, as he guides in the profound manners.
I've got the chance to work on different tasks, such as social media marketing (Linked in sales navigator, facebook adverts, etc.) and structural change management. This has been an increment in my knowledge and experience.
Cons
Due to the inter-dependancy nature of work, it may take time to complete some tasks, However, I can clearly foresee that this issue will be eliminated soon as the company is undergoing a great structural change.
