Tips are good. You can make around $400 or more on a good day.

Cons

Management is spineless. They will let you be abused physically, mentally, and sexually by guests and other staff members. Base pay is minimum, and the owner Al is basically Mr. Krabs in human form, but an alcoholic who screams at meetings and cuts our pay because the taxes on his second home increased. Health benefits are garbage. People stay because the tips are good, but we never had the tools or supplies we needed. The place is disgusting and held together with paperclips and bubblegum. Make sure to bring your own pens, notebooks, and $400 cash banks for change. If you don't the management sure won't help you.
