      Bullies and grandiose delusions of importance and industry relevance

      The office is located near some nice restaurants

      Cons

      The upper management of this tiny team bullied its employees, sadistically. There is also a real lack of expertise at the top, and many bad decisions made on a daily basis. Hard to watch. Staff members often could be found crying in the bathroom / or at their lunch break. Therefore high staff turnaround and loads of unnecessary drama instigated by upper management.

      Creative Director and MD create a hostile and toxic work environment Unrealistic expectations, no support, high turnover, low salaries
