      LIFE IS HELL AT 1702 DIGITAL

      Pros

      They have great brands as clients but are totally incapable of handling these brands

      Cons

      The company only cares about money. They lay off employees whenever they want to without notice. They deduct salary without any reason. They keep adding more brands but never hire resources. The founders interfere in day to day activities and micromanage as per their will. They speak to employees like they are slaves. They treat employees like they are disposable. They make you work till midnight and on weekends too.

      Pros

      The people are very helpful and nice here, gud enuf location and gud helper who is very nice. You also get to learn too much here and that is very gud for future. They pay also relatively nicely in quite few cases. The founder is also very smart. People will always try to help u and they luk at for you here. Salaries are mostly paid on time, sat sun off which is amazing,

      Cons

      The people here are very good but problem here is the attitude of the management,they like to very much include themselves too much in the working,don’t think gud of people who leave work on time, only have respect for people staying till late even if they dont complete work on time. The cofounder has no respect and shouts a lot. Has ego issues. Even tho he is very knowledgeable. It’s a company made by excellent peole who have major ego issues for sm reason. Anyone can tell the truth of what happens here interally
