      Pros

      Great place to step into remote work in healthcare for the culture and supportive coworkers. Company really cares about your well-being in and outside of work.

      Cons

      Compensation rate and annual increase amounts vary without much explanation. It is not based on merit such as audit scores, rather how many years you’ve been with the company. Incentives help, but gift cards are not enough to stay long term and sustain comfortable lifestyle.
