      Pros

      As someone who has bounced around many jobs in the past 10 years, I personally have to vouch for 180 Medical. They seem to genuinely care for their employees well-being.

      Cons

      There is a healthy amount of competition within the company for internal job openings, which can make transferring departments somewhat tedious.
