This company used to care about employees but since the founder sold out and left, everything has gone so far down hill. They've implemented change slowly but anyone who has been around for long has noticed it. The owners are now overseas and won't ever even know our names. They don't care about employees, they care about lining their own pockets. They send out cheesy propaganda emails to make us feel "important" but anyone with half a brain can see right through it. They've drastically cut medical benefits. The culture used to be fun but now it just seems like a charade. Employees are constantly having to waste time doing bogus reviews and surveys while the overload of actual work continues to pile up in the background. The local management just seems to be their puppets. They've bought out tons of new companies but are majorly under prepared and under staffed for the added workload. New employees are not adequately trained. All employees are suffering as a result.
