Management portrays that they care so much about the employees but the favoritism and low pay says otherwise. Sure gift cards are cool but we have families we need to support. Living paycheck to paycheck doesn't show you care for your employees. Our paychecks do not reflect the amount of work we do at all and this will cause great people to leave. You only get advancement opportunities if you're the most liked and can be treated poorly for no reason if you aren't liked.
