Pros
Free lunch on Wednesdays, snacks in the break room, office was in a great location (heart of Old City)
Cons
Day-to-day was monotonous. The office was typically silent from 8:30 am-5pm, no one talked or seemed to be friends with one another. I worked there for a short amount of time and witnessed the CEO berate and curse at various employees, and everyone seemed scared of him. I quickly felt burnt out from the job, counting down the hours until it was time to leave. This type of work environment may be ideal for some people, but as a creative who thrives off of collaboration and open communication, it wasn't the right fit for me.
