This treatment it across the whole company Yes, the taking a "personal development" course is a true which sounds nice. Unfortunately, it is then used as knowledge against you. How better to harass you. How better to manipulate you. Yes, fear manipulation is used on clients and staff. Yes, its like joining a cult when you hear the "language" used. You will feel dirty just working or being associated with this company. Positive reviews are most likely prompted by management to boost their rating. Don't get fooled by anything they say. They won't follow through.It's all a manipulation. Doesn't matter if its in writing or now. Heard multiple staff members have contracts broken. They don't care. Run, Turn and run.

Demeaning work environment. President is a narcissist with mental health issues. Bully’s staff and never accepts responsibility for her own misguided directions. Passes blame on others for failures. Churn rate is extremely high 200%, for a company of 1-15 employees (dependent on the day). Provincial Employee Labour Law and Human Rights Code, not recognized or followed by company. Note to any individuals considering an opportunity with this company, all positive ratings have placed by current employees, under a direct request from President. If your looking for a company where you are empowered and valued, THIS IS NOT IT.
