Personal benefits = zero (controlled and restricted by the shareholder manager if there are any) Good only for gaining experience, leave ASAP when you find a better opportunity.

Cons

If you are looking for a company that practices what they preach, including the so-called Human Resources "Department" look elsewhere. They have no power here and no say over anything. They cannot and will not protect the employee for oversights in the schedule arrangement (illegal working hours or unofficial staggered shifts) or any internal issues that arise. The so called "Management" has zero management and interpersonal skills and frequently belittles the support staff for his own amusement. Overall it's a really bad company that does not value it's own employees so you should not show them loyalty too.
