      - More challenges await, potential for growth - Prestigious product and office location - Work-life balance (9-6, rarely overtime), easy to apply for leave

      Cons

      - Using an ancient workstation while demanding it to be up-to-date - No AI implementation, they blocked all things related to AI - No salary increase at all, except for promotion

      - Learning opportunities - Good office environment - A good place to improve your english communication skill

      Cons

      - NO payment for the overtime. - Micromanaging culture (especially from the director) - Blaming culture (Especially in the top management level, impacted the managers too). - Salary payment delays or delayed payroll. - Less appreciation. - NO salary increment (even though the currency is fluctuating, this has no impact to your salary here).
