Cons
expectations/demands on my time were unreasonable, underhanded office practices unbeknownst to the owner, personality conflicts influenced performance evaluations, lack of professionalism, lack of rapport with immediate supervisor (a common complaint among staff on many levels)
The events are very fun and you meet lots of people in all different areas. Sometimes you get to eat delicious meals depending where you work.
Cons
The department is very unorganized in which they don't give clear directions. A lot of the events you have to figure out where to go and have to leave hours before you start. They would tell me they sent an email multiple times about scheduling but I would not receive the emails and would constantly have to message them to resend it or send to a different email. Too complicated for a job that should be well organized.
