Paychecks are usually wrong and you have to wait until the next pay period to get the money they owe you. Management doesn't seem to care about lower level people. They are very cheap. They won't get rid of people who should be fired.

Management is like an ADHD child. They lack all respect for human life. They will pretend to be for your best interest, but they are lying. They will find anyway to not pay you. Do not do a summer sales program with them. They do not train you at all on how to sell, they think they are, but they don't. Alll the focus is on door approaches and first meetings, not closing. They are constantly changing policies and programs and rules it makes it impossible to keep up with what they are doing, and since there is 0 communication and structure you find yourself losing deals because of it. They pay you less than other solar companies. They will make false promises almost constantly. Their direct deposit form authorizes them to WITHDRAW from your bank account whenever they want for any reason. Please don't sign on with this company, no one should have to go through what they put me and others through. ( I mean especially students who are recruited for a summer)
