Pros
It was a great environment, lots of discounts for customers as well as employees
Cons
The company values profit over any and everything else. They expect people to work full time for a small 13$ an hr, keep the shop borderline spotless, help customers, as well as be a borderline used car salesman just to make profit. They’re also very stingy about promotions/ raises. It’s incredibly difficult to move up and it makes it feel like the higher ups in management are a clique and they pick and choose who they want to promote/ give a raise. It’s toxic.
