Cons
1) No hikes (if yes, which is minimal) "VERY IMPORTANT TO UNDERSTAND" . 2) Not good for a long term career, if you are not start with a good package . 3) Language issues - all the employees poor in English - so its difficult to improve the communication skills 4) Offering Less package 5) Lagging of appraisals - and in appraisal time manager and HR makes you feel that you are nothing in this company so not eligible for a good hike , then they provide a name seek salary hike after a long waiting . 6) Due to covid 19 they reduced some % of salary from all the employees . 7) Small setup. less that 200 employees and company is very slow in growth. 8) All customers are small or medium companies , So its difficult to get international projects and opportunities to mingle with international peoples . 9) Not have good cafeteria - Tea is free but not available in every time . Tea maker is not available , So if you want you can prepare your own . 10)Carrier growth - is very slow Salary Growth is very very slow 11) For those who wants to do routine job, this is not the right place for them to work , Because they may ask you to go all over India for project deployment and all . So it you are in family that may makes you trouble and can able to do any long term holiday plans because on that particular time you may not available in Bangalore . I have faced this thing multiple time as they told me to travel some client places to complete their projects . 12) No time to time job - Some times no work some times more work depending on the customer queries / Complaints and new project availability . So some times you may need to work on Sundays also . 13) Yes, Alternate Saturdays are working days - very much boring thing as all our frs are enjoying and we are working ..... 14) Dress code also available. unless Fridays and Saturdays MY ADVICE AS PER MY EXPERIENCE : yes ,,,, All other are good , if you are looking for a job that provide you good learning then this is the best place to join . But if you are a family man and need to settle in your life, then this may be a wrong choice . If you are a fresher , then you have to join here and learn as much as possible then jump immediately because outside world is waiting for you with a lot of opportunities. use it and earn money. Don't be like the frog in the pond .
