3yWe appreciate your feedback. We provide regular 1on1 with every team member. We provide a fast and open communication. We also expect that from every team member to make things better. We understand this is not for everyone but I can ensure that we take feedback seriously.
Looking at the financial situation of many startups today we are be happy with our focus on profitability, stability and the focus on Business objectives. This may have been in contrast to other startup companies in the past but evaluating the funding situation in 2022 we can say it was was correct direction.
