      - No people who care about each other but only some pennies - Gossip is everywhere even from HR - Micro-Management - Super weak management from CEO

      We appreciate your feedback. We provide regular 1on1 with every team member. We provide a fast and open communication. We also expect that from every team member to make things better. We understand this is not for everyone but I can ensure that we take feedback seriously. Looking at the financial situation of many startups today we are be happy with our focus on profitability, stability and the focus on Business objectives. This may have been in contrast to other startup companies in the past but evaluating the funding situation in 2022 we can say it was was correct direction.

      A true chance to evolve and develop your professional/ interpersonal skills An environment that supports self drive, creativity and growth to a level i never experienced before Truly a chance to get a great career here and not just a job Realistic target setting and expectations from higher management Flexibility a great brand to associate your name with as an employee work stability since the business and the brand itself had 400% every single year since 2015 You deliver you get recognized
