      Pros

      None, really. You're expected to give everything while the company gives you nothing.

      Cons

      CEO failed to deliver on promises made before employment (signing bonus, relocation package), which left me (someone who moved from overseas for the job) exceedingly stressed about my situation. Company is extremely cheap with its internal investment. I resigned when the CEO started yelling at people and throwing coffee mugs in the office. CEO kept saying he wanted to be out of the technical aspects, but kept inserting himself into it. Bottom line - do not accept to work there.

      The company did not agree on a signing Bonus but granted the employee a salary advancement that has not been paid back. Besides this it was also paid for relocation for a dog and a special housing for this. After finding out that he lied about his education and professional experience, started smoking in the office, and finally found out about his drug problem we ended the contract.

      We appreciate your feedback. We provide regular 1on1 with every team member. We provide a fast and open communication. We also expect that from every team member to make things better. We understand this is not for everyone but I can ensure that we take feedback seriously. Looking at the financial situation of many startups today we are be happy with our focus on profitability, stability and the focus on Business objectives. This may have been in contrast to other startup companies in the past but evaluating the funding situation in 2022 we can say it was was correct direction.
