Pros

If you like a challenge, this is the place for you. I learned more than I ever thought I would in the year and 4 months I was at 26 Dot Two. I was pushed to think bigger and smarter. With such a close-knit team and face-paced environment, 26 Dot Two provided me with huge growth and leadership opportunities. I felt like I owned the company with Chris and my coworkers, and we were all running our shop together. It was a fun ride!

Cons

- If you can't work in a fast-paced environment, you'll struggle - No processes (at least not when I was there). Very scrappy - Sometimes too many hats to wear

Pros

If you have entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy working hard while reaping the rewards, this may be the right place for you. We are challenged to think outside of the box, and do things larger agencies may not be able to. We move extremely quickly, so if that isn't part of your vocabulary, this probably isn't a good fit!

Cons

Need to be able to work well independently and make tough decisions daily. Think about the agency as a whole and how what your doing can impact everything.

Pros

After working here for a good number of years, I can attest to the immense room for personal growth and experience provided at 26 Dot Two. You’ll learn things you never thought you’d be involved in, and will get an excellent understanding for how all elements of a campaign work together (rather than working on only one small aspect of a campaign.) Hard work, dedication and innovative strategy are rewarded through both acknowledgement and compensation. You’re not simply a number, but rather a truly valued team member whose opinion is valued. And the delicious company snacks, work from home Fridays, and awesome company dog certainly don’t hurt, either.

Cons

If one finds a multi-tasking, extremely fast paced workload to be overwhelming, this is not the ideal environment. Rather than completing task A, and moving on to task B and C, employees who thrive here can juggle multiple tasks and find satisfaction in pushing themselves to continually grow and learn.
