Pros
Making your own schedule is probably the only decent thing I can think of
Cons
Where do I start? If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. First off, they work you like a slave with 12-13 hour days for money that isn’t worth the work and emotional stress. Their application process is discriminatory and based off a photo of how you look. Favoritism runs deep and often employees will get fired for no reason, not sucking up, and not being a “favorite”. Managers are rude and degrade you while they stand around doing nothing on their phones and chat amongst each other. The owner and his entire family are a nightmare, there was a time his wife screamed at me and called me an “idiot”, accusing me of misplacing her purse, which I had never seen in my life. She later found the purse, that SHE had of course misplaced, and I never got so much as a sorry. The “marketing” woman Laura is horrible and verbally abusive to staff, especially women. I only assume this stems from some sort of jealousy. The entire atmosphere feels cliquey and highschool-esque with constant drama and a social hierarchy.
