Flexible hours, choose your own hours, sales associates required to do bare minimum. Sometimes managers will give you free stuff, other times you’ll get fired for it. If you are an overachiever this job is great just don’t expect to be rewarded for it.
Cons
Management And HR have confused communication, company policies are not clear, if you are not a manager the managing staff will treat you differently. Over the past two weeks 7 people have been let go/ fired. Took me forever to gain title of manager after doing managements job for months on end. Management will also flirt with associates (making staff fear retaliation for speaking up). They also reduce hours of staff they feel aren’t doing the absolute maximum.also there are cameras above the dressing room and footage is being reviewed by men and women, who watch men women and children change without any sign for consent.
